Define the problem first
Write down what is blocked today: leads without follow-up, repeated replies, slow content production or campaigns that are hard to manage. Add the result you want and the person who will use the solution. This prevents impressive but irrelevant demonstrations.
Ask for a method you understand
A serious proposal explains diagnosis, prototype, approval, implementation and follow-up. It also says what will be automated, what stays human and which data is needed. You should understand the approach without technical jargon.
Compare scope, not only price
Check deliverables, revisions, integrations, training, maintenance and third-party tool costs. Two offers with the same title can cover very different work. Ask what remains included after delivery.
Protect data and access
Ask where data flows, who keeps access and how permissions can be removed. Use accounts owned by your company and grant only necessary permissions. For personal data in Morocco, have your obligations reviewed for your activity.
Start with a measurable outcome
Keep the first project small enough to test quickly: qualify WhatsApp enquiries, produce one defined video format or centralise sales follow-up. Define success before launch, then expand only from observed results.
